ADH has successfully performed water quality and stormwater related monitoring programs since 1999, and many of our staff have over twenty years professional experience providing expertise to federal, state, and municipal agencies, Native American tribes, as well as commercial, industrial and private clientele. ADH staff has performed such projects throughout the coastal oceans, estuaries, harbors, rivers, and waterway conveyances of the Western United States complying with all respective federal, state and local regulatory requirements. These programs have been performed in compliance with respective provisions of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Clean Water Act (CWA), industrial, construction and municipal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase 1 and 2 requirements, and other pertinent receiving water quality criteria. We have provided consulting services to successfully coordinate implement, and carry out NPDES monitoring programs for statewide, regional and individual permittees. We have also performed baseline water quality studies for new land developments, proposed roadways as well as to establish viable and pertinent water quality standards under Section 106 of the Clean Water Act in order to protect human health and the environment.
