ADH is in the process of forming this new division of our company. We have hired Larry Bonner as Director of Natural Resources Management (NRM), and Christina MacDonald as our Cultural Resources Specialist. In addition to these staff, we are actively interviewing environmental engineering (to handle air and noise resources) and biology candidates -- in addition to the biologists we already have -- to round out our capabilities, and in anticipation of being able to handle various project-specific requirements.

With this new division, ADH is capable of providing the full depth and breadth of services related to both the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) from scoping of projects to the development of CEQA/NEPA documents including all supporting technical studies, and beyond. The "beyond" portion includes the incorporation of environmental measures and mitigation into contracts and final design plans, obtaining necessary state and federal permits, conducting necessary consultations with state and federal regulatory agencies, and providing mitigation monitoring services during construction. From planning through project development and into construction, ADH's NRM group is bringing together the experts needed to fulfill the requirements of the multitude of state and federal environmental laws, regulations, and executive orders under the umbrella of CEQA and NEPA including the following:
