Mr. Hnatt is ADH's Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer responsible for day to day
operations and management. In addition to these responsibilities, in his 22 years of experience, he
has a demonstrated ability to successfully manage and perform complex and comprehensive
environmental investigation programs that require pooling resources of highly skilled environmental
scientists, geologists, engineers, biologists, chemists and toxicologists.
Mr. Hnatt initially worked for The MARK Group, Engineers & Geologists, Inc. (The MARK Group)
performing various hydrogeological, solid waste assessment and geotechnical projects throughout
central and southern California as a field scientist and manager. Upon his departure from The
MARK Group in 1993, he served as a project/senior project scientist for Kinnetic Laboratories,
Inc.(KLI) until 1997 where he managed several large scale industrial and municipal stormwater
programs, surface water quality special studies, and sediment dredge disposal/relocation studies
throughout California. Through this wide range of experience he has developed a strong knowledge
base of respective federal and state regulations for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES; municipal and industrial) permitted projects, various receiving water studies,
dredge re-use/disposal studies, geotechnical and remedial investigations.
Mr. Hnatt has been solely responsible for all aspects associated with project management
including proposal coordination and execution of all project related activities. He has written
numerous technical reports and operation and maintenance manuals; performed thorough data
validation projects; senior editor of technical reports; conducted formal presentations and
